Interior
This: the interior ---one side----of Ramps Covered Bridge in Hopewell Township, Pennsylvania.
NOTE: The Burr Truss Arch reaches from the west entrance to the east entrance (not visible in the image.) It is the arch that stabilizes the bridge. The windows at the roof line let in some light. Windows on the other side make the light shadows at the bottom of the walls.
This bridge is used all day by autos and horse and buggy, etc. Built in the 1880s!
It is a color image totally desaturated with a NIK filter!
