International Harvester is I think the maker's full name, an American company with factories in many countries. As far as I know this is a disc harrow, though I can't remember seeing one with that configuration; beyond that my understanding comes to an end!
I like the reflections in both versions, which complement each other by virtue of the different viewing angles. Nice work!

Woolybill has the correct info, the disc harrow breaks up the plowed earth and makes it workable---The farmer should put it under shelter, it will be useful for many more years---

But it is the wonderful reflections that make this image sing-- Good eyes!

Second picture is fantastic! We have too plenty of such :hi-tech, last generation, fom the '30-'40, they can be seen on our roads, mofing fast

This was almost certainly made just up the road from where I live now. It has stood the test of time brilliantly and still makes a very good model.
