Irish Coleen

By Mavis
I'd NEVER be a model . It is hard work. I sat on this stool for over 90 minutes , while they talked and showed us how to use the lighting . If anyone has one that is any good of me I WILL be surprised , more of that later. They did give me a bottle for my trouble . I had the black background , the two pretty girls had the White background . Only had my wee Nikon 5600 on me . Had to get off my stool eventually and take a shot or two at these lovely girls . Not my best but the best I could do .Turned from colour to B/W . Cropped off the other girl xx

Agree with Alan Maeve. Such a relaxed pose with good lighting. Not into human portraits lol, but this has been well taken. Good on you!!

Thank you all again .
Fran I much prefer outside work to studio work . Nice if you had a big room that you could leave permanently fixed up with backdrop an 2 bowens lights at 500 a time !! The three club members worked so hard putting all the backdrops and lights and barn doors together . Took them an hour . Then after the session they had to pack it all away . Some belongs to the club, like the lights, but some of it is their own . xx

I think you have done well Mavis. The lighting set up has worked to help you produce a charming warm image of the young model.

Joline I saw SOME of the pictures of me in their cameras Yuk. Lighting much too directional and harsh. Think one of the young girls took a decent one .

John you old charmer I have one somewhere of me when I was 15 years !! Same as this wee beauty . I told them if anyone takes a half decent photo of me for my 75th in April, I will bake them a chocolate cake LOL xx

Thank you all for your clicks and comments.

I sometimes wonder whether it is worth it or not being an e2 member . !! OK you get to put on larger pictures BUT I just looked and 52 people have looked at this image but on 22 have clicked or commented . It is quite demoralising .
