First reaction was...wait - is this image upside down? Interesting image that captures your attention even when seen as thumbnail. Well executed. My only suggestion would be to try recomposing the shot by removing a bit from the top (just enough to remove the fountain outlet that is too close to the edge of the frame, and maybe adding some more space at the bottom, to possibly position the maltese flag closer to a third, particularly the red side.

Regardless, the impact is there. If this is a crop from a bigger RAW file though, I suggest you try that out.

Just found this, I love it.
Can I suggest flipping it upside down? (After cropping off that little bit of tubing at the top here). Reflections always seem more mysterious when the subject is 'the right way up', it's what the brain doesn't expect to see.
