One of the aspects of birding i enjoy is encountering strange species in the wild, Pelicans, Flamingos, Cockatoos, have all delighted over the years. This is a beauty garden visitor.

An excellent capture - I took a shot years ago of a strange bird and it took me 4 years to identify it through epz - it turned out to be a female cardinal - another escapee
