Many thanks again to everyone who has been kind enough to comment/vote or give me a user award for my photos. I really do appreciate it.

The jackdaws are out in force in my garden, and when the crows and rooks give them a bit of space, they also like to have a bit of a bust up. The arrival of the crows has meant that it's pretty much full on aerial combat most days, they are quite vicious. I had to rescue a rook yesterday who had taken a bad beating from a crow and couldn't fly. Luckily it just seemed to be a bruised wing, as this morning he did was able to fly better, after having spent the day in the shed, in order to let him recuperate. Hope he'll be ok, not sure what to do about those crows though!!!
