Jim and Frank

By annettep38
Many thanks for your kind comments and votes for my last upload.

As it is still raining and I really don't feel like uploading wet stuff, here is something completely different - maybe a total flop.

But I want to find out what you think.
This is Jim, The Boss of a very fine garage in Ruislip. And Frank, his customer relations manager.
Both are very patient and nice and hate people raising their voices.

You have really captured the bond between these two -- the universal "man's best friend" notion is conveyed perfectly by you.
The mono add to the timelessness of this. Nicely done.

Best laugh I've had all day! Though it isn't 100% clear who is the Boss and who is the Customer Relations Manager. I suspect that they actually job-share...

The mutual adoration of these two just jumps off the monitor (or iPad in my case). Superb image.

I like this a lot, Annette, and the eye contact between the two of them.
Personally, I'd like to see this with a crop to top and right, eliminating the distractions of the roof and sign, giving dog and master centre stage. Also, I'd clone out the white thing above Jim's head. Then you have a "master"pieceSmile.

Such empathy between the two.Wonderful capture.
Agree with Pamelajean about cropping & cloning
but I suspect you didn't set this one up as "masterpiece"
which it can be.

I think your V2 works really well but somehow prefer the camera eye contact in V3, whatever, all would make me happy.

Hi, Annette. V2 looks great. So glad you took my advice.
I like the colour in V3, and seeing Frank's lovely face, but it's the empathy between the two that you have captured so well in V1.
