Junk Drawer

By cattyal
Ok folks - hopefully you all have a drawer somewhere that is home to all the odds and ends that you can't bear to throw away but really don't know why you keep them.

I surely have - four in the kitchen and more upstairs.

I'd like to see the contents of your junk drawers - show me what rubbish you can't part with and present it to me in an interesting, artistic or silly manner - any way you wish.

The rules:

1. The photo must be taken, processed and uploaded between 8.00pm and 9:00pm (one hour).
2. The challenge is started in the main gallery and the gallery description box states what the challenge is. You enter the challenge by uploading your picture as a 'modification' to the challenge announced image .
3. Any submission that appears to be taken before the competition started will be disqualified.
4. Any submission posted after the 'Time's Up!' image is uploaded will also be disqualified.
5. The challenge was originally just for fun but recently great prizes have been added, courtesy of Photoskill! See above for details.
6. The person who hosts is the judge for that week.
7. The winner gets to create, run, and judge the challenge the following week.

I did enjoy seeing what everyone had - I'd love to be organised enough to label some of my stuff - it would make life much easier but I keep putting off.

It seems that many of our junk drawers are similar - my old mobile works perfectly and might one day get dragged out to be used again. I've two working watches lurking somewhere - both too big for my skinny wrists.

As for some of the drawer contents - well........... Smile

Frankly, I thought a touch of OCD came as standard with an interest in photography?? Grin

I am sure you don't want to see in my drawers.

As a non driving, no car owner....... why do you have a heated seat switch?

There did used to be a husband knocking about a few years ago who had a car - a lot of the junk is bits and bobs that he left behind! One day I'll sort everything out!
