Just a touch....

By martin.w
...on the brakes for the approach to The Mountain at Cadwell Park. I spent the day there yesterday with Andy from camera club to have a bash at something different. It proved to be rather difficult and my efforts at first were crap. I slowly improved to get this guy, though far removed from what a Pro would achieve....I'm quite pleased with this.

A slight crop to remove the edge of the tyre wall Smile

A great shot all the same , it's good that you can see his face through the visor.

Oops, well spotted Phil....I did it on auto as it is never usually off the camera....but of course the 100-400 was used....though rather badly at first Wink

Many thanks folks.

Excellent shot.
Very well panned, and yet keeping the bike and rider nice and crisp.
Great lighting and nice movement.

Great shot and nice crop so he's got space to move into. Well done.
He's not on the brakes though, his finger's on the clutch there! Cadwell's a great place for good action shots Smile

Super capture Martin, I enjoy trying different things myself but have yet to get to a bike meeting with the camera. Used to go a lot many years ago and intend to get to one again this summer and I'd be pleased to come back with something as good as this. Well captured.
