Just Teta

Teta had just a couple of days before she planned to have her extra long extensions out. We decided to shoot last minute so nothing planned. I wanted to use my canvas background that I pained during Covid, apart from that I had no props or wardrobe.
Still experimenting with my 70cm beauty dish, single strobe, above camera centre. I wanted the light as close as possible to have a natural dark falloff down Teta's body. The second reason was to see a very small catchlight in her eyes. I love my black and white edit of this shot and I think it will look great as a large print but I really wanted to share the natural colour and beauty of the original.

Excellent graduated light/fall off, Chris. The experiment has worked very well.

I think the question has to be asked - what is happening with her chest, it looks like a face .
I am not a photographer so all that lighting info goes over my head.
I'm finding the chest is a real distraction from the rest of the image. Sad
