'K' is for Kestrel

By NDODS
Good day to you all. I am feeling a lot better today especially after a relatively good night's sleep.

Thanks to all of you who so kindly took the opportunity to view, comment and vote on my 'Still Life' images yesterday with a further mention going Wiliamsloan (Willie) and Myrab (Myra) for their most appreciated User Awards.

Todays uploads were captured only the other day whilst taking a stroll down the land close to where I live. I have never managed to photograph a Kestrel, so I was quite delighted to have this opportunity. Although the quality is not as good as it could be because my heart was pumping like a steam train with excitement, one can still enjoy.

I hope that you all have a wonderful day, for me who knows...

Regards as always Nathan GrinGrinGrin

Yes, any shot is better than none at all. I have many far from perfect shots, but always keep them as they've captured the moment. And lucky you to have seen this - let alone capture several shots - we don't get to see birds like this around here Sad Well done, Nathan Wink
Glad to hear you're feeling perkier today, too! Smile

You reached out at the extreme long end of your Sigma zoom and
got the true nature of the Kestrel. My odds are much lower
at the outer edge like this. A tough challenge with a Sigma. TG
