I'm amazed they still alow this, the shoulder's are pushed down by the rings I believe and the neck well you can guess.

Lovely portrait, but it does leave me feeling rather sad as these women are regarded in some quarters as no more than a tourist attraction - The Padaung
Photographically, a touch of sharpening prior to upload and a slight boost in contrast would lift this image.
