Keep Smiling Through

By Fefe
Hello people!
Ok, something new today. I am leaving the Costa Del Sol for a while and moving on to my new series that I took just over a week ago. "During The War 3" taken at the Pickering 1940's war weekend. This is the third time I have done one of these series, so I hope you are not going to get boredTongue Quite a few to comeWink
I will be interested to know what you think to the processing. This is the first time I haven't used my faithful "Nero" software on these "wartime" shots, this is processed in PS2 and the first time I have used the canon for this event too.

Like the process and use of DOF to just leave the man slightly defocused Diane.

I think your processing is spot-on, Diane. It looks more and more desaturated the further back into the picture you go but in such a subtle gradient.

The look of the image fits the era so well!

and very lovely she is too in the 40's costume!
