Yes,looks like popcorn.Perhaps the fans are to spread the fumes to make people buy it ? It works for me at a hamburger stall.I can't pass it without buying one !!
Good shot.

Yes, it's popcorn - great vats of it, and it was really hot that day so the fans are probably doing double duty for cooling off the booth as well as fanning that wonderful smell out into the area - we fell for it!

I Like the action captured in this shot, the two fans with blurred blades really make this shot work.

Wonderful colourful candid street scene, and so well taken Anne, I don't often go large with candids, but this was well worth taking the time!

Could just eat some popcorn - haven't had any for ages! Great street scene capture, Anne, in what looks to be difficult lighting conditions.

Agree with Trev here - I'm impressed by such excellent results in what must have been challenging lighting! Fascinating candid, so much going on.

Great shot. Interesting to see the similarities to the NY kettle corn stand -- fans, large bags, etc.
I really like how you captured the sense of the festival going on in the BG.
So -- is this Georgetown at Washington DC?
