Kite Flying Camera

I met this dude today while at a park in Tulsa. He had his daughter on his back in a carrier and he was carrying a rather large Kite in the park seeking wind. He uses his Kite to do arial photography and says he gets best results at aproximately 100 feet. The kite was so colorful it got my attention.
