I spotted this female re-enactor at a recent anniversary weekend of the Battle of Bosworth.....at Bosworth.
She was engrossed in her sewing I managed to get the shot without her noticing.

That's an excellent shot, Lee! She does look like she is concentrating very hard - I don't think she would really have been sewing if the battle had raged around her!

Thanks Christina. No, if the battle was going on there was a chance she could have been involved in the fighting. Apparently some of the womenfolk would help man the artillery pieces.
