laurel Hill Cemetery #19

By handlerstudio
OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

In the course of my walk around Laurel Hill with my friend Robert, toward the end, the sun finally came out...and here it is..or at least we can see that it was shining. This one is probably best viewed large....and a close call for me of whether to lead with the color or the mono...as usual, all the versions are both....

Beautiful seems that some are trying to reach heaven, Peter.

The lead had to be my favourite so far - followed by V4. The composition, the colours, the sky and that bit of branches at the top. Super POV and a few shadows thrown in for good measure.

Are some of the statues angels? I'm no theologian but there is a hierarchy of heavenly hosts it seems. Archangels, Cherubims and Seraphims amongst them.
