Nice idea and the pose for me is pretty cool. However again I see that under her eyes are dark and this maybe due to her eye make up. I know we had the same issue the time I was there and I think it can be corrected.

I think this would be a cracking B&W with the use of the spot healing brush and the blur tool under her eyes. Its what I did with my image.

Hi Andrew

The 1.8 does work then, i agree with Ian on the eyes, but i would also remove the highlights behind her too in the top right corner.

Nice work mate.

Cheers everyone. Yes Ian. She does wear a hell of a lot of make up around her eyes. I have pulled them back some what without going overboard and looking false. Will ask her next time not to wear so much.
LOL Tony. Yes it does work in this. Just Wink Will work on this again and do a repost i think because i really like this one because of the catch light.

I have taken the liberty of uploading 2 mods.
For the colour one I used the clone tool on low opacity to lighten the make up under her eyes, then I dodged around the eyes a little, plus a little shadow/highlight, finally I lightened the skin tones just a touch.
For the black and white I used the colour pic as a basis and used some orange filter for effect.
Like the pic. Caroline

Good comp and details capture, some good advice re the heavy shadows under the eyes. Agree with Tony re the highlights on the RHS. Good work.

Cheers everyone and thanks very much for the mods.
Really liked the coloured one Caroline. When i tried,it looked to false. Probably took it to far though.

Pose works well mate, next time get her to bring her make up along, then you can tell her what you want.

I did a couple of mono conversions. The split toned image hasn't loaded properly and I don't know what happened to it.

A lovely portrait shot.
