We'd been looking out for leopards for the whole holiday, and finally saw one on the last day. Of course, everyone else in the conservancy heard about it as well, so what you don't see is the five or six vans full of us tourists taking photos, and the two or three more vans behind the leopard. It was still a magical moment though. The leopard obviously knew we were there, but it was clearly keeping an eye on the wider landscape, waiting for an opportunity.
