You've really given her a sense of purpose. Love it and wouldn't know how to suggest improvements.
Perhaps it might have been nice to see more of the shocked expression of the person behind her? Just a thought.

The 'shock' effect would have been even stronger with a bloke in the office............but I think it is a cracking image

very good. perhaps going for a landscape format would permit you to get the person in the bg fully in the picture, with the girl more to the right

I have to agree with some comments I saw here. The guy in the back could be better in the picture (but still in the background) and landscape mode.
Still it is very nice work.

This is very good, very well set up and executed. Maybe the fact that the person in the bg is not in full view that makes this more believeable as an image. 1st class.

I think the person in the background is perfectly situated. You can see the mouth wide open & thats good enough for me.
