Lets Start Again...

By NDODS
This by now recognisable figure of my old mate, looking somewhat perplexed as he sits down to his breakfast, was taken only a few hours ago, before I had even sat down to mine. The composition tries to emphasise the difficulties that I, and thousands upon thousands of people who have suffered from an acquired brain injury face evert day of our lives. Since suffering from a second brain haemorrhage 16 months ago. I have steadily started to improve. My photography has provided me with a creative outlet for my emotional well being and state of mind. Wherever possible I try to add a little humour into my images, in order to try a forget the past and move on.

Clever, amusing and inspirational, well done and I hope you continue to improve and also continue to enjoy your photography. I too found it very theraputic after suffering from a mental health issue some years ago and it still continues to get me through the bad times.

I agree with Andysnapper - this is lever, amusing and inspirational. Photography, and creativity in general is essential to my wellbeing too. Sometimes using the creative right brain hemisphere helps us sort out stuff that the verbal, logical left hemisphere just can't handle.

This is brilliantly funny. I nearly pee'd myself when I saw it. Very, very cleverly posed and executed.
