Lichen 2

By Alan_Baseley
I didn't have the Tamron 90mm with me when I came across the Lichen a couple of days ago and I wasn't happy with the shots I got so, today, I went back and got some more shots with the Tamron.
The bush is an Elder and more than half of the bark is covered with Lichen of many different shades and yet the bush is very much alive.
I like all the hues, shapes and patterns so I thought I'd bore you all with another shot of the Lichen.

When I find a stick like that I tend to pland a bird on it! This one does seem to stand up to scrutiny on its own. Well captured.
