Once in a while I take a shot that's good enough to show people without any editing at all. This is one of those less common than I'd like shots. The very Happy couple Lex and Teta jumped up into this pose for a super strong composition that I snapped instantly. This I think was my first proper test with the Godox AD600 pro. My usual SB900 may be assigned to the store cupboard for the foreseeable future with the results I'm getting from this strobe. Still used my go to set up which was adjusted to give these to individuals an edgy but dynamic look. All settings on manual with flash fired by remote trigger. Result, no retouching! maybe a tighter crop would be better?

No like the crop but you could try a bit of the sides but not much as it works as is. ( funny thing is I just posted that I think I should have cropped the image I posted tonight )))).

Vertical format instead of square, perhaps. Definitely, obviously, no crop at the bottom.

Wow, powerful stuff !
As for the crop, I wonder if a bit more space at the top and a bit taken off the right would work, so that their heads and his arm form more of a diagonal in the frame ?

This is stunning.
This is a very powerful shot, love the dark BG and the perfect lighting. One to be proud of!

Hi Joe, Carol, the irrepressible John Duder, Somnath, Ju, David, Fabio, Jacqueline and Carol Lauderdale! Thanks for all of your great comment, suggestions and general words of encouragement. Really appreciate it guys. It makes all the time, effort organising and sacrifices a bit more worthwhile.

Thank you.

Will try and separate these amazing lovebirds next year and get a shoot with Lex on his own.
