Lindisfarne lookout

Fairly sure this is a tidal refuge but not 100%
Situated on the road crossing quite close to the mainland but the tide comes in very fast and can catch you out, you can see the mainland in the background

It's a refuge for motorists who get stranded by the tide, as several do every year. If only people would read the tide tables...
