I love using a Big Stopper on architecture. the streaky sky effect contrasts well with the hard lines and looks great reflected in glass
A great photo of cubicle living A great creative capture this one !!
like the pov lee brilliant detail and tones work so well in mono nice one
Like your view point and the movement of the clouds, well worked
Striking! Always found myself bumping into people in London while I was looking up - sure most people there don't and miss so many views.
You have a good eye for composition and the mono treatment is perfect for this image, Jacqui
A wonderfully observed and composed compostion, one which I admire greatly.
WOW What a stunner
Brilliant mono and the cloud movement is stunning, love it
Well spotted, Lee, strong shapes and patterns which work well in mono. There's certainly a rich source of opportunities around Liverpool St.
Fabulous shot - wonderful pov - tonal range is excellent too.
And, congratulations on the HC
I've just returned after 20 years overseas... and now seeing photo opportunites everywhere!
well done on the award, excellent effect
Thanks for all the comments and votes, much appreciated!
I really like the way you've captured and processed this one Lee. Your composition and use of the long exposure and then the classy conversion has produced a striking and powerful architectural image, right up my street......not literally you understand
Wow! Very cool. I never thought of shooting something like this, except once at the beach, when there were clouds moving by. I don't know why I never thought about using such a technique with a cityscape! I need to get a dark ND filter!
