Little green jumper

By RipleyExile
Cricket, Grasshopper, haven't got a clue. Patient little fellow though. Hung around for a bit and then a bit longer once I fished it out the grass. It did get bored after a while though ( or was it the fact it had 5 lenses pointing at it?) and made a jump for it.

This has been cropped quite a bit as it was a sharper image than my Sigma 70-300 APO (macro) could manage. Only other manipulation was a slight curves adjustment and running it through Smart Sharpen (cheers Caleb).

Comments and critique welcomed.

Yep, YSP on a rotten tree stump after returning from the Longside gallery. This is a result of 2 passes of the filter at 0.4 (72ppi).

If you want to see the attention this thing was getting have a looks at Norma's PF.

Far better than mine Alex, couldn't get that close. Great colours and detail, spot on with the DOF
