Living Creatures under the sand

By Savvas511
Strange formations I found on the sand in the desert hills,
Possibly they are created by some desert creatures crawling under the sand surface
or possibly they are feeding stations or even a natural incubators of some species
I really am puzzled how these shapes have been formed and I welcome your opinion
and advice to explain this phenomenon !

Thank you

There are parts of our world, just beneath our feet, that might as well be a different planet for all that we understand of them.

Looks like a tiny mountain range in the desert, if you find out what they are and how they are made please let us know. Excellent set.

Reminds me of a film I was watching a few nights ago on our Horror TV channel, The Sand , where the sand was 'eating' victims! Wink Simple images, but very effective, Savvas Smile

It could have been from ants, obviously some other creatures are, however the photos are excellent, maybe more close-up they would be great abstract, Savvas!
