Llandudno Dawns

By sut68
Just a brief break from the Skye and mono images and a quick trip to a lovely morning spent in fine company at Landudno pier in the summer.

We were blessed with some lovely colour and light as the sun began to reach the horizon. The receding tide made making a successful composition fun, as about 15 minutes before this image I had a completely different composition in mind, but when the tide exposed the rocks too much it didn't work for me.

A great comp with so much colour and restrained to the important features only rather than trying to take in the whole pier. I think this works extremely well!

Beautiful colour Paul. The composition of the rocks in the foreground really flows nicely as well. The LE causing the water to blur helps to define the static elements so well.
