Loch Maree

By Sue_R
As we're off to Wester Ross for the week today I thought it would be appropriate to upload a shot of Loch Maree from our last trip over that way. The mountain in the bg is Slioch.

Been over to Wester Ross a few times lately and never seemed to have time to explore the area properly so we decided to stay over there for a week to take a proper look around.

Many thanks to all those of you who have taken the time to vote and comment on the flower pics I've been uploading lately. Hopefully I'll have some new landscape pics to play with on my return Smile

Lovely shot of a lovely place. You've really captured the essence of the place.

A wonderful area for a week's break Sue, hope the weather is kind to you up there. I'd rather be there than Spain or the likes. Have you been looking at Paul Holloways images this week?

A very beautiful and serene looking landscape, Sue. Like the way those rocks snake their way into the water - as rontear above says 'a new Nessie'!
Have a great holiday...the weather certainly seems to be picking up for you! Smile

A lovely shot, Sue, with the finger of f/g rocks pointing the way for the eye.
