Lochindorb

By almiles
Sunset at Lochindorb. I'm still trying to find the best view of this loch. It has a wonderful ruined castle on an island but it's very hard to show it to good effect in a photo. I settled for these lesser stones instead. Was nice to see an end to the gloomy skies and rain, even if I did get eaten alive by midgies!

Morning Al, 9.40pm was a bit past your bedtime wasn't it! Lovely colour and reflection, the second group of stones appear to be suspended in mid-air. I think the large foreground stone may have been better placed more towards the bottom left corner (it doesn't look too heavy ! Tongue) - half a step to your right maybe? Only a minor thought, the image is a really beautiful tranquil scene.

Thanks Dave, Sue and Deep.
Dave, you are right about the comp (as always!). I have some others where I may have rearranged rocks more to your liking! If the skies turn out any good then I'll post them tomorrow Smile

Thanks for the votes and comments Jude, Richard, Jeanie and Jeff! Smile
I agree too Jeanie; I was clearly quite distracted by getting eaten alive (left midgie net at home in error!)! Grin
