Last time I visited the Tate Modern - from where this photo was taken - the tallest building shown, '22 Bishopsgate', had not been built. Neither had 'The Scalpel', just to the right of 'The Cheesegrater'. Out of view to the right, on the South side of the river, more building is taking place around 'The Shard' and behind the Tate Modern (again out of view), 'The Vase' has just been completed. No wonder Thames Water is building a huge holding tank right under the Thames itself for all the sewage!
