It looks pretty bleak Ron - I do feel sorry for these animals but I guess they're adapted to these harsh conditions.

A stark winter landscape Ron, which enhances the knowledge that this animal is trying to survive.

We have bison in Texas too, here they struggle with drought. I am so happy this animal is making a comeback in our fauna. They were hunted almost to extinction for the sheer pleasure of the kill.
