long-eared owl flight

By philhomer
The subject is as the title states. The difficulty here was our bird flying through an area of mixed light so timing was crucial to avoid (as much as possible) a half-lit subject.

Having the patience and waiting until the Owl reaches the fully lit area and using significant -EC makes for a great dark non-distracting background in my opinion.
