Look Mum, No Hands (RP)

By MrsS
1st off - - apols to aitchbrown,chase,gwilliams67,chant57,javam,badgerfred,firzhugh,doghouse756,andrewrit and Herge88 who voted on this yesterday and today, but it was SOOOOOOO dark when uploaded compared to how it looked on our screens at home - - so I tweaked the levels a bit, and then the broadband connection went 'pop' and I couldn't get back on till teatime! - by when I was off out to play bridge. ON TOP OF THATI relaoded the dark one this morning!! (Sorry - must be my age!!Wink)

Anyway - the teleport worked and I've finally got back to F-O-R-M-B-Y

This chap made me laugh with his antics - wasn't happy to stay too close - - but SURE wasn't going to leave his 'spoils' behind! Love his cheeky little face!
(They'll stop at nothing - - anyone else remember the programme "Daylight Robbery" - it's amazing what squirrels can do - - check it out on you tube here

As usual, processed RAW in C1LE and finished off (including adjusting the levels and adding a little vignette) in CS2
1/400sec @f5.6 focal length 300mm ISO400

Thanks for looking if you have the time to view LARGE and leave a comment, that's really appreciated.

Have a gr8 Wednesday - thanks for all your lovely comments on Monday Smile

Fran xx

PS hope you think it's worth the wait Wink

I did not see the original but even this does not have your normal quality of light - so guess you did not have much to wotk with.
I have done "half" animals before and been ridiculed but I don't see what's wrong with them.
Obviously he would be better in portrait and whole but I presume they flit around so quickly there was no time to re-adjust.
That all said,I like the detail in the fur and the bark.

It's a long way down here Fran! Excellent pose and detail. I might be barking up the wrong tree, but when I did the mod for you recently, the colours and brightness were different on the file when I opened it in Elements. On investigation, I found that your file did not have a colour space assigned. Ideally, you should assign sRGB for uploading here. It may be the cause of your problem.
