Firstly Thank you all so much for your C&C on my upload Treetops and Flares yesterday and special thank you's to lifesnapper , Franken, taggart, Granddad, HobbitDave, ddolfelin and TrevBatWCC for the UA's SmileSmileSmileSmile Really appreciated!

Please view large SmileI was taking some bird shots, but the squirrels got in the way and kind of took overGrinGrinGrin If I have had any other squirrel images before( might be one somewhereTongue) it was a long time ago........I hope you like it!

Purposely placed wild bird food tables in the woods at Rufford Abbey........acorns supplied by Mr Fefe, collected the day before from Sherwood Forest....WinkBlushGrin

Oh yes....I didn't notice she had small ears. Having just looked at some other shots, another squirrel has proper pointier ears.

Yes, obviously got young. A good Grey Squirrel shot of nice quality. I ave hundreds of shots of the damned things - we get at least three different ones in the garden - they fight like hell,

Good old Rufford Abbey - a cracking venue for nuthatches, squirrels and chaffinches! Thanks for reminding me about acorns - I gathered quite a few from Sherwood Forest last autumn and forgot to plant them.BlushBlushBlush I'll have a rummage tomorrow and get them planted up ... worth a try!
