The soft mistiness in the distance seems to give this a lot of depth and atmosphere, and I like the subtle colour.

I think yours has slightly better comp than mine since you have given Lose Hill a bit more room to the right.
I did a pano with Lose Hill in the centre which looks quite nice.
Must get me a 50 mm lens...

lol Ian, I'm trying to think of some more win/lose title combinations.

I liked the light hitting the 2 stripes of snow on the right too, only got one or two frames with it though.

Go and get one, it'll go well with the mark II

like the title and like the sky, unfiltered im guessing but it has allowed light down the back of the peaks to great effect

Thanks Phil, 5 stops of ND filters needed for this, the light was amazing as it lifted the mist, we watched (and shot) it for some time.
