Not sure of your main subject in this one Moira - the graffiti or the person. I reckon she's the artist anyway and she's just checking she's in the clear! The reflections in the water are interesting too. As always really nicely processed.

Good point, I guess for me this is about the diagonals and the chequerboard patterns of brick and gingham.
The graffiti is in an awkward position photographically, I was looking down the steps. People were wandering backwards and forwards, and then the lady appeared and started queueing outside the ice cream parlour to the right. I may go back and try this again when nobody is around.

I like the view point here, Moira and no doubt the girl was only in that spot for a second or two so, well done for getting the shot in.

She actually hung around for a while, she was queueing for the ice cream parlour that is just to the right. I got three shots, this was the one where she turned round to speak to someone else in the queue.

A little bit of Cartier-Bresson here Moira.
The diagonal rail leads down to the girl and her gingham, so the graffiti is a secondary point of interest (unless you spend time trying to read it!)

She is making a very good attempt to blend in with her surroundings.
The handrail leads the eye perfectly, and the far rails constrain and hold her where she is.
Jealous? Moi? Wink

For me, the graffiti is secondary.

I remember this stretch of path very well...

Her dress is perfect for painting on brick. She blends in and is now looking for another wall to write on. She's done her arms and is now doing walls. I do like this a lot Moira.
