Low afternoon sun...

By saltireblue
...lights up and reflects on the facades of old and modern buildings.
I love the 'reverse reflection' off the hidden glass facade shown in the older brick facade on the right.
Taken in my local town, Drammen.

Many thanks for recent comments. I have been busy, and will try to catch up as soon as I can.

I must have been a good boy this year as Mrs. Salty has bought me a 7D for Xmas.Grin
Wonder who told her that was a good choice? Moi??? JamaisWink

Thanks for bothering.

Malc

The quality of light in the cold north is amazing, both in summer, and also in winter. The buildings are bathed in that warm glow - beautiful.

There's great clarity in this - as well as the wonderful light on the buildings. Congratulations on the 7D! When will it be allowed out...? Smile

Always the best time of year for characterful light, better even than Spring I think. Here it's the approach on the diagonal that distinguishes it.
An excellent capture of rich tones and clean lines.
I expect you woill be out and about on Christmas Day with the new present. You will enjoy! especially if the light is as good as this.

You must have done some serious grovelling for the 7d,spoiled rotten.it will get the best from those new lenses you got earlier this year. I borrowed my sons 7D,it purrs on fast speed.I like the red brick building ,with the robot face in the gable.
