Lower Manhattan Architecture

I thought this would be an interesting shot - to frame the sculpture by looking through this incredible architectural structure. Not certain which building this is. It's next to the Court House in Lower Manhattan. If you know, please drop a note to me.

I like the lighting on the high curve of the arch.

Well captured. This is an area that most people don't wonder onto. That sculptor is by Alexander Calder, and is unfortunately very neglected and uncared for.I work a few blocks from there. Love the viewpoint in the shot.
