Luna Calendar

By AngieLatham
So many people expressed an interest in my designing a Celtic Luna Calendar for 2009 that I thought I would upload the finished creation here so I don't need to note everyone seperatly. Smile

I hope you like it. Every month has the Old traditional Celtic and Medeaval names for the Full Moon falling in each month and it's significence to the changing seasons. There is also a brief meaning of any Celtic Festivals falling in the month which marked a turning point of the year both outwardly in nature and and emotionally within.

Calendars are avilable to buy on my Website...under the 2009 Calendar gallery Smile

All photographs are my own except for the lady in June and the Hare in March which were purchased stock.

Excellent work Angie, each image is just perfect and the whole calendar comes together beautifully. The best of luck, what a wonderful Christmas gift this would make to give someone.

Outstanding. Each page is exquisite in its own right and the overall concept is marvellously surreal.

Cheers, Goggz

This is awesome Angie. One thing I would want is to also use it as a regular calendar, so I'd drop in a small one for each month in an open spot. I think that people have a limited amount of space on the wall and having two calendars might be too much and the practicalities of seeing the traditional layout might reduce your sales. And this kicks *** on anything I've seen like it! So ask around to see what people think.
