This is one of the adult Peregrine Falcons in Sheffield city centre returning to feed their young.

This is the first year they have bred in the centre of Sheffield and seconds after this shot was taken it dropped the remains of the Pigeon but managed to swoop down and catch it in mid air, much to the delight of the small crowd which had gathered to watch.
