A gorgeous study in the shades of British Winter greys, beautifully taken and with interest throughout.

A lovely shot. Such a moody sky and nice reflections. Where did you shoot this? I live locally and am just interested, I have posted a few I took from by the shrimp boats and off the jetty by the lifeboat house.

Thanks everyone - good to be back posting photos actually!

Excellent shot Geoff, love the comp and details, pin sharp too. I have uploaded a mod in B/W and a squarer crop giving more presence to the foreground rocks(imho), anyway its a good shot, well taken!

Thanks Wolfy - thats a very good b/w mod - must admit I shy away from b/w because all of my early years with a camera were all black and white because thats all we had - and I now really enjoy colour photography.

Yeah I must admit I dont particularly like B/W either, I love colourful shots myself! But I do convert the odd one of mine when the colors flat, take for instance my last upload, if you saw the colur version, its very very flat, almost b/w in its own before I converted it lol!
Anyway keep up the good work Geoff!
