I like the shape the lights make, - it can even be an abstract shot.
30 seconds is quite a long time, so you might have some vibrations from traffic if you were on a bridge? The shake looks rhythmic when I look at the near lights, - suggesting constant vibration?
The red lights can be more interesting if you can either get on the other side, or find a suitable location with more traffic moving away than towards the camera. Trial and error.

The pattern in the lines is fascinating, it's remarkably regular. I don't think that's vibrations, not over a 30 second period. I'm wondering if this is a concrete surface, laid in regular blocks, so vehicles all judder at the same points along the road?
There's a nice semi-abstract composition here, I like the way the road snakes away. I hope you get a chance to try this again.
I agree with Willie though, that red tail lights make a more interesting picture than white headlights. Traffic was obviously heavier coming than going - so worth trying this facing in the other direction.

Interesting shapes but rather soft. You don't need f14 for night shots like these. f8 would have reduced you to 15 sec and I think you could come down to 10 sec actually. The light trails would reduce but they are very bright.
It does look like there is some camera movement from wind or vibrations.
