Nice but a slightly unusual tonal range. Might be the high ISO. must have been very low light for those exposure details.

I would love to visit Venice for the Carnival...maybe one day Wink
Love the colour of her dress & the surroundings.
Possibly the pose is slightly too full on to create an 'atmosphere' maybe she could have turned slightly to her left a little more with a bit of an over the shoulder view to give you a better shape in the frame.
As Paul has noted, the light must have been very low to give you these kind of exposure factors & has resulted in lots of contrast.
A very detailed image, almost HDR but some great textures.

Quite a nice shot. I agree a pose change might provide a more dramatic, or provocative look.

The shot itself has been shot at a slight horizontal agle, so theres some horizontal distortion, - the step rising to the right as an example, so I have corrected this in the mod.

The overall tone is quite leaning towards blue, - might be intended, or an auto white balance issue, as it to me looks a lot better less blue.

Highlights, apparent on the stone steps are blown a little, so some retieval of highlights, and an increase in mid tone contrast can make a big difference in bringing more life to an already good shot. The changes I made required a little cropping, and that removed that small sliver of white inadvertently left at the top left side of the frame.

Hope this helps,

Regards

Willie
