As you travel about the countryside - and seaside - these days, there are more and more these wind turbines, they seem to be breeding! 😁 At least they're more photogenic than pylons 😀 A fine capture, love the inclusion of the little hut 👍

There is a great beauty in wind farms, the slow grace of the rotors, and the knowledge that we are reducing our carbon footprints. We are way behind in the US, with almost no offshore wind generation. My reading tells me that the place to put wind here is at the edge of the continental shelf from Maine to Florida. Far enough offshore not to see from shore, and before the waters get really deep. And that that could generate enough power to run most of the country with enough density.
