Thank you all yes certainly a day to remember . Can't believe it was only yesterday it took place . The grounds are peaceful and very beautiful . Perhaps tomorrow I might show you the Chocolate and Raspberry tart he made . He did ask me if I was from some magazine . LOL

There were 6 females there too . All ages one sweet young thing heavily pregnant and all the ages in between and then me LOL . The young lady who should have taken us was on her honeymoon and we didn't do the Terrines as promised !. I learnt of new ways to get difficult rich pastry into the pie plate by dumping all the crumbs of pastry into the pie plate and then using the bottom of a flat tumbler and moving it round the middle of the plate till it was firm and flat and then pushing it against the sidestill they too were fine and neat. Great to get hands on and that it worked
