Male Broad Bodied Chaser

By proberts
Went to Skomer today only for the boats to be cancelled because of a northerly wind. 21st centuary technology eh. So to make the most of the day we went to the Manor House wildlife park in Tenby which is now owned by Anna Ryder Richardson. She and her team have worked wonders in this place and the Wallabies and lemurs are a walk around pen in which they come right up to you and you can even pet them. Great for photography as no wires or glass. So in this great place we found this dragonfly and started firing away.

Lol phil, couldn't resist. Not burnt that much which I,m suprised at with the amount of sun we had. Still gutted about not getting to skomer though.
Andrew.
Well worth all that climb over the fence, Andrew

Getting an image as good as this must go a little to make up for your disappointment.

Cheers Adrian.
I know, very frustrating especially when you get up at 3.30 am. The worst part though the weather turned for the better a couple of hours later. They call it off too quick i think.
