It's a lovely shot, been to Pilanesberg and loved it

Stopping for my first one of these led to 20 mins with a male leopard all to myself in KNP just a few mins later

Hi Gray.
First one I have ever seen, beautiful bird with excellent eye sharpness with the catchlight adding the sparkle, great capture mate!

Doing well here Graham, only point to note is watch the pof as you have it on the tail and thus the head is just slipping out of the dof and thus going against what the others say the eye is not as sharp as it could be. Look closely at the tail people and please prove me wrong. Honesty is the name of the game why do they not see it.
That'll set them against me even more now mate.Wink

Perhaps not my place to answer but sorry Richard you're wrong in this instance - following your comment we've enabled the focal point indicator on the software we use and it is spot on the eye, taking in consideration the distance we were from the bird & Apperture @ F 6.3 the bird is actually well focussed. It might appear that the focus is tayloring off because of the turn of the head but IMO a well focussed shot througout with lovely colour, standing out well from a pleasing b/g well done Graham -Ina
