Marathon Water Point

By cuffit
A shot of the top three runners in the London Marathon on Sunday: shown are Eluid Kipchoge in front and eventual winner, Germew on the right (second place) and Wasihun who finished third place. This was one of only a few shots that worked as there were people all over the place and only a small space to get the shot (I was set up for a shot to the right). I thought black and white recreated a bit of the drama.

I was in London with the family to support our daughter who was running in the Marathon, she had a fantastic run, her first, and finished a few seconds under 4hrs 30 minutes.

Thank you cats_123 and Saastad for your kind comments and to all who voted. It wasn't the best photo I have ever taken but for a grab shot I don't think my luck could have been better. Cats', her time was impressive and we were all delighted for her. Chris
