This picture makes me curious, and at the same time annoyed as I do not understand the context. My wish would be to have the person in an environment so that the surroundings could help providing some explanation to what is going on.

Its a well taken photograph but Ellie's right Gary. It needs to show the Christmas Carol angle of it to be more effective. At this distance it could just as well be a hospital patient doing a Boris Karloff 'Mummy' impression Smile
